To establish, conduct, manage, maintain, administer, close down, or dispose of schools, colleges, hostels, education societies that are owned by the society for the benefit if all, irrespective of religion, race, community, caste, language and social status and to have inter-unit exchange of staff and finance for the betterment of the institutions under the society

1. To work for the uplift of community in socio-economic and cultural aspects of the most deprived sections of rural and urban population.
2. To work for the creation of environment for education and raise the educational status in all of its operational areas for the most deprived sections with an emphasis of education of girl child.
3. To work for the gender equity and empowerment with their participation and involvement to make them self-dependent, self-reliant and also to raise their dignity and create constructive roles and importance in the society.
4. To work for the cause of the women in the matters of decreasing the exploitation and atrocities on them.
5. To work in the health interventions in the preventive, promotive and curative aspects for the improvement of health status in the community.
6. To work with the various programs and skills for the family welfare, public health and public security.
7. To work for various health issues which affect the community incurring health hazards in terms of mortality and morbidity.
8. To conduct government, non-govt programs and schemes for the holistic development of the society that is underprivileged.
9. To create employment opportunities through skill trainings for the youth of the most disadvantaged sections of the society and also generate a sense of participation and contest in the local self-governance.
10. To work for the children in the matters of child related issues so as to develop them a worth citizens of the country and also to safeguard the childhood.
11. To conduct the programs and activities for the differently abled persons and assist them to lead a life meaningfully.
12. To work for the peasants’ group in the improve technology and means for the agriculture development including rain water harvesting, composting, use of improved seeds and early variety of crops and irrigation.
13. To create opportunities for peasants’ group of the rural and semi urban areas for the alive agricultural activities such as animal husbandry for their economic growth.
14. To implement the programs and skills in rural and urban areas to promote safe drinking water, home for homeless, household toilets, community toilets, community and individual hygienic behaviour.
15. To work for the conservation of environment and atmosphere through social/community forestry to collaborate with the support agencies of the government and non-government at different levels in the country and also with international agencies in the development of the people.
16. To conduct/organize and facilitate all of the programs/activities supportive and complementary as required in addressing and achieving the objects of social development in an integrated way.
17. To collaborate and network with voluntary organizations in the state of Jharkhand for joint ventures in the development issues of common concern.
